Russell Cyr
Russell Cyr is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in radio frequency (RF) design and manufacturing. He currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Mobix Labs, a fabless semiconductor company specializing in advanced connectivity solutions for 5G wireless and high-bandwidth cable networks.
Prior to joining Mobix Labs, Cyr co-founded RaGE Systems in 2018, where he held the positions of Chief Executive Officer and President. Under his leadership, RaGE Systems specialized in developing products for 5G communications, millimeter-wave (mmWave) imaging, and Software Defined Radio, targeting sectors such as commercial, industrial, defense, and aerospace.
In May 2024, Mobix Labs announced the strategic acquisition of RaGE Systems, aiming to enhance its capabilities in designing and manufacturing advanced RF and mmWave integrated circuits and systems across several markets.
Following the acquisition, Cyr brought his extensive expertise to the company's growing portfolio of products and services.
