Phil Sansone

Phil Sansone is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience driving global revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and channel expansion across the semiconductor and high-reliability electronics industries. Since joining Mobix Labs in 2021 as Vice President of Sales, he has played a key role in accelerating the company’s commercial momentum and expanding its presence across critical end markets.

At Mobix Labs, Sansone leads global salesstrategy and execution across a growing portfolio of connectivity, communications, and EMI-filtering solutions supporting aerospace, defense, and other mission-critical applications. His leadership has helped strengthen the company’s position as a provider of high-reliability components and secure communications technologies, contributing to increased market penetration and supporting the company’s expansion through its operating businesses, including EMI Solutions and RaGE Systems.

Prior to Mobix Labs, Sansone served as Vice-President of Worldwide Distribution Sales at MaxLinear, where he drove global channel performance and revenue growth. He previously led Global Distribution Sales at Microsemi, a leading supplier to the defense and aerospace industry, and spent nearly two decades at Avnet, where he rose to Senior Vice-President and led North American sales and engineering organizations.

With deep expertise in scaling global sales organizations, building high-impact partnerships, and executing complex distribution strategies, Sansone plays a critical role in advancing Mobix Labs’ growth strategy and strengthening its position across defense, aerospace, and other high-reliability markets.
