Kristen Schmidt
Kristen Schmidt brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience in the semiconductor industry. She currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Mobix Labs, a fabless semiconductor company specializing in advanced connectivity solutions for 5G wireless and high-bandwidth cable networks.
Prior to joining Mobix Labs, Schmidt held several senior financial positions at prominent organizations. She served as Chief Financial Officer at Cosemi Technologies Inc. from January 2021 to August 2021, where she oversaw the company's financial operations.
Before that, she was Principal Financial Officer for the High-Performance Analog division at MACOM from December 2013 to May 2020, contributing to the company's financial strategy and management. Schmidt also served as Vice President of Finance, Treasurer, and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Mindspeed Technologies from January 1996 to December 2013, where she played a pivotal role in financial planning and corporate governance.
