Keyvan Samini is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the semiconductor and software industries. Since co-founding Mobix Labs in 2020, he has served as the company's President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing its financial operations and strategic growth initiatives.
Before establishing Mobix Labs, Samini held various executive roles, including CEO, COO, CFO, and represented notable organizations such as Western Digital, BioDiscovery, and Dow Corning. His expertise encompasses leading mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, finance, and governance, with a proven track record of scaling and accelerating growth in technology organizations.
Under his leadership, Mobix Labs has pursued a growth strategy that includes both organic development and strategic acquisitions, such as the recent acquisition of RaGE Systems Inc., a Massachusetts-based tech company specializing in 5G communications products. This approach has positioned the company as a significant player in the 5G technology landscape.
Samini's academic credentials include a Master of Liberal Arts in Finance from Harvard University, an MBA from the University of Southern California, and a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University.
