Mike Long
Michael J. "Mike" Long is a distinguished executive with over three decades of experience in the electronics industry. In January 2024, he joined the board of directors at Mobix Labs, a fabless semiconductor company specializing in next-generation connectivity technologies for 5G infrastructure, satellite communications, and defense industries.
Prior to his role at Mobix Labs, Long served as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Arrow Electronics, Inc., a global technology company with over 22,000 employees and 2022 sales of $37 billion. As CEO from 2009 to 2022, he oversaw all of Arrow's operations and business units, as well as more than 40 strategic acquisitions, significantly expanding the company's global footprint.
In recognition of his contributions to the industry, Long received the Electronics Representatives Association (ERA) Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023. He was also named one of Computer Reseller News' "Top 25 Executives" for several years and received the Distinguished Alumni Award for Professional Achievement from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
