Since co-founding Mobix Labs in 2020, he has served as the company's President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing its financial operations and strategic growth initiatives.
Before establishing Mobix Labs, Samini held various executive roles, including CEO, COO, CFO, and corporate counsel, at notable organizations such as Western Digital, BioDiscovery, Dow Corning, and Rfaxis. His expertise encompasses leading mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, finance, and governance, with a proven track record of scaling and accelerating growth in technology organizations.
Under his leadership, Mobix Labs has pursued a growth strategy that includes both organic development and strategic acquisitions, such as the recent acquisition of RaGE Systems Inc., a Massachusetts-based tech company specializing in 5G communications products. This approach has positioned the company as a significant player in the 5G technology landscape.
